In most cases, serious injury or even death to infants & children during a medical emergency could of been prevented if the first responders had experience and education in how to administer first aid.
Not only does first aid training provide you with knowledge on how to react in an emergency but it gives the patient life saving response whilst qualified emergency services arrive on scene.
Today, SMCS Risk, under its FirstAid4Life division, launched infant & child first aid training courses in Cambodia which will be directed at nannies, child care providers, teachers and parents who could be a first responder in a medical emergency.
Run on one selected weekend every month, courses will be limited to 10 participants on each training course and will be held at the SMCS Risk office in Phnom Penh.
